Consultation Services
All consultation bookings are considered reserved time slots.
If a client books a consultation and pays a deposit or partial payment, the amount paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, no-show, or change of mind.
Digital Marketing, Website Design, WordPress, and eCommerce Services
Once a client approves a service and payment has been made, work may begin immediately through planning, research, setup, consultation, or development activities.
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If the client pays the full service amount, this confirms approval to proceed with the requested service and the payment becomes non-refundable.
Digital Visa Services
For visa-related services processed through third-party platforms, including Atlys, payments are non-refundable.
Visa application fees, processing fees, government fees, and third-party service charges are controlled by the respective providers and are not owned or managed by MINA GAMAL.
Therefore, no refund can be issued for payments related to applications submitted through Atlys or any other third-party visa processing platform.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact us first regarding any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
